Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they approach the department and provide friendly service.

• Prepare or assist in hot and cold food item preparation.
• Ensure utensils, napkins, and condiments are available for customers.
• Check food temperatures before serving per safety guidelines.
• Inspect cold case temperatures and remove items as needed.
• Take orders and serve items according to customer requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, floors, and equipment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management.
