Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service in our Pittsburgh store. You’ll build authentic connections, share product knowledge, and foster a customer-centered experience that reflects Soma’s hospitality culture.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ownership and proactive teamwork.
