Job summary

Little Caesars in Weston, WV is hiring a Crew Member to support daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. You will prepare and serve hot-baked items, assist customers, and maintain clean, organized stations while following company procedures.

The role requires reliability, the ability to lift moderate weights, good communication, and a willingness to work flexible shifts. Prior retail or food-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers according to the HOT-N-READY Promise.
• Prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures.
• Display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
• Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to maintain restaurant image as outlined in the Handbook and/or as directed by management.
• Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the Handbook and/or as directed by management and government agencies.
• Follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Handbook and/or as directed by management.
