Job summary

The GIANT Company in West Chester, PA is seeking a team member to scan/enter numbers at register, lift and move goods, and assist with stocking, bagging, and customer service. You will support front-end operations, restock items like candy and snacks, and help keep aisles organized and safe for shoppers.

Shift hours start at a minimum of 4 hours with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines in an inclusive

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation
• Must be able to operate or learn store equipment and tools
• Must complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including attendance
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at start of shift and prepare required equipment and PPE.
• Block aisles, set up checkout areas and displays as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
