You will handle cash transactions, assist customers with questions, and support front-end operations, including stocking and keeping checkout areas neat and organized. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push carts up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers; cash handling and math.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments and change; assist customers and resolve complaints.
• Follow front-end procedures; assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting; keep checkout areas clean and orderly.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations; communicate with front-end leadership.
