Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude for customer interaction.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Accurately handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints; maintain checkout areas.
• Assist with stocking shelves, facing and dusting as needed; communicate with front end manager.
