Job summary

NOTCH is hiring a part-time cashier at Main Street Market in Richford, VT. You will greet customers, ring up orders, and handle payments while maintaining accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions.
• Calculate the cost of products and accept payments.
• Calculate and return change as needed.
• Maintain adequate change in the cash drawer and request more as needed.
• Answer customer questions and keep a clean, professional area.
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
