Job summary

Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a part-time cashier to greet customers, process transactions, and promote protection plans and credit options. The role emphasizes fast, accurate checkout and a positive, service-focused attitude in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills preferred
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
• Alove of tools & equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs
• Service focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Greeting all customers as they enter the store and ensuring they enjoy the best shopping experience possible
• Completing all transactions quickly and accurately
• Offering Protection Plan on eligible products and offering our credit card on all customer transactions (incentive pay for selling)
• Being a Team Player by helping put away product, executing price changes, or other tasks that may help your team better serve our customers
