Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Help build Panera's culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
• Step in and support the manager and team.
• Learn positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich maker, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Cashiers welcome customers and take orders, ensuring a great experience.
• Salad & sandwich makers assemble items quickly, correctly and consistently.
