Minuteman Food Mart is seeking a Sales Associate to join our family-run convenience store in Chinquapin, NC. You will greet customers, help locate items, and handle transactions at the register with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, managing promotions, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment for all guests. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required, and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a people first mentality; “Fast Friendly Service with a Smile”.
• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities
