• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Assist with operational tasks and audits as needed.
• Assist with audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area; support nearby branches when required.
