Job summary

Bank of Bridger NA is hiring a teller to serve customers with routine banking transactions and friendly service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and product promotion in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing accounts, managing the cash drawer, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in daily operations. Benefits include dental, health, vision, and a 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to type, use computer systems, read and write.
• May need to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, calculator, 10-key and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers by completing account transactions.
• Receives deposits and loan payments, cashes checks and records deposits.
• Sells cashier’s checks, gift cards, prepaid cards and money orders.
• Answers questions in person or by phone and refers customers to services.
• Records transactions and prepares currency transaction reports.
• Cross-sells bank products by explaining services and promotions.
• Opens and closes accounts and handles special requests.
• Maintains cash drawer and reconciles transactions.
• Maintains confidentiality and protects bank operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
