This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. Compensation spans $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with employer‑subsidized medical and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off

Competenze

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, walk, stand, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Mansioni

• Organize and maintain the appearance of the vehicle lot and showroom.
• Park, move, and arrange vehicles for maximum presentation and efficiency.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for display or test drives.
• Inspect inventory for damage or cleanliness issues and report concerns.
• Install pricing stickers, tags, and promotional materials on vehicles.
• Assist sales team with retrieving and staging vehicles for customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe lot by removing debris or hazards.
• Follow all dealership safety guidelines and vehicle handling procedures.
