Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, expeditious customer service to VIP customers.
• Safely ship and receive parts orders with accuracy.
• Communicate backorder status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with parts counter staff to expedite orders.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
