RANCATORES ICE CREAM INC is seeking a friendly Team Member for our Lexington location. The role involves taking orders, answering menu questions, and serving ice cream and drinks with a focus on customer experience.

Flexible daytime hours and weekend shifts are available, with most shifts between 9:30am and 7:00pm. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation.
• Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Create custom ice cream cakes.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and quickly.
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team to complete shift tasks.
