Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a customer-focused store associate in Savannah, GA to deliver excellent service and support store operations, including freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will engage customers, help with products and services, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Minimum age is 16 with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older; no retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
