Cash Cow - Louisiana seeks a customer-facing, performance-driven sales associate to engage customers, ask the right questions, and guide them through financial decisions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-ups, and stay motivated in a fast-paced, coached environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, be able to work 40 hours weekly including Saturdays, and present a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Reliable form of transportation and valid driver's license.
