Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking an experienced Automation/Robotics professional to own PoCs, design and deploy robotic automation solutions at customer sites, and demonstrate measurable value through hands-on implementations.

You will travel 50-70% to Europe and internationally for demonstrations, pilots, and deployments, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate field feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional automation/robotics experience.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with robotics passion.
• Experience deploying automation in real environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% and occasional short-notice trips.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute customer PoCs from requirements through validation.
• Design and deploy robotic automation solutions on customer sites.
• Demonstrate value through hands-on implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Act as technical ambassador between customers, sales, product and engineering teams.
• Travel to Europe and internationally for demonstrations and deployments.
• Prototype, test, and validate solutions; troubleshoot onsite and resolve issues.
• Translate field feedback into actionable improvements for product and engineering teams.
