Job summary

Tavus is shaping the future of human computing. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will split time between collaborating with customers to debug integrations and with our product team to build SDKs, prototypes, and enhancements to the core platform.

You will bridge customers and engineering, turning real-world challenges into product improvements. You’ll ensure every developer and creator has a smooth, magical experience with Tavus—supported by excellent docs, guides, tools, and frequent

Qualifications

• Extremely solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Desire to work closely with end users to understand their problems.
• Ability to see patterns in customer requests and inform product direction.
• Founder mindset to persevere until problems are solved.
• Strong bias toward action and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to debug, build POCs, and design solutions.
• Build prototypes, SDKs, sample apps, and tools to improve developer experience.
• Collect feedback and translate it into product/engineering improvements.
• Partner on early feature adoption and test pre-release features with customers.
• Help define how Tavus delivers world-class customer experience.
