Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience in building and owning AI-native workflows in production.
• Ability to handle production reliability, metrics, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customer engineers to identify bottlenecks.
• Design and build Cursor-powered workflows.
• Own production quality including metrics, debugging, and failure modes.
• Communicate clearly about tradeoffs and results with stakeholders.
