Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade software across multiple languages.
• Track record deploying AI in production with LLMs and related tooling.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to self-teach new tech.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom AI applications for customers or embed AI across SDLC.
• Deliver production-grade solutions and ensure integration with customer environments.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to gather requirements and solve tradeoffs.
• Work with HTEC engineers on complex AI challenges and contribute to engineering culture.
• Participate in shaping how the team builds and learns as it scales.
