Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, warehouse, or order fulfillment (industrial distribution a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable multitasking between customers, orders, and warehouse duties.
• A team player who communicates problems early rather than letting them slide.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Forklift experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers professionally, in person and by phone; Listen closely and recommend the right products and solutions; Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly; Support inside and outside sales through proactive communication and follow‑through; Resolve customer concerns professionally and keep the experience positive.
• Order Fulfillment & Fabrication: Fabricate and fulfill orders accurately to spec; Bring strong attention to detail to every step of the fulfillment process; Verify order accuracy before release or delivery; Coordinate with teammates to hit quality and timing expectations; Follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Warehouse Operations: Support accurate receiving, stocking, and inventory control; Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives; Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; Help keep materials and products easy to locate and access; Contribute to efficient day‑to‑day workflow.
