Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit in Jamestown, ND is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist to support customers and teammates. The role is about 20 hours per week during our busy season (October to April), with a flexible schedule between 8:00 and 16:30, Monday through Friday.

You will handle phone inquiries, greet walk-in customers, enter basic transactions, scan and index documents, restock supplies, prepare meetings, and manage mail distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer applications experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Phones: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.
• Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Basic Transactions: Key in simple transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.
• Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.

Education Requirements
