Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate assigned cash register, process purchases, returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and upsell/promote related items.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Maintain store display areas, assist with inventory and stock rotation.
• Support store systems and equipment use; participate in web pick-up duties.
• Follow company policies, protect assets, and maintain a respectful team environment.
• Complete special assignments as directed by management.
