Responsibilities

• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings purchases/returns accurately and handles cash procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains store merchandising standards and floor readiness.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and keeps areas clean and organized.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and labor policy adherence.
• Other duties as assigned.
