Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Typically requires six months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Recommend items and upsell or suggest companion products.
• Register purchases, handle cash, and process returns or exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; take inventory and price items as directed.
• Protect company assets and comply with policies; follow state laws for regulated items.
• Set up and maintain displays and perform resets as instructed.
• Assist with food placement and stock rotation; support stock management.
• Provide photo area service and web order pickup duties as required.
• Contribute to a neat store environment and collaborate with coworkers.
