Position Overview
We’re looking for a BDC Associate to join our sales team. You’ll be the voice of the dealership, connecting with new and returning customers via phone, text, and email. Your goal: drive traffic to the showroom and keep our sales pipeline full. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to leads and inquiries
  • Send 60+ emails and 60+ texts daily to follow up and confirm appointments
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments for test rides and consultations
  • Maintain 100% follow-up on all sold bikes
  • Log every interaction and activity in our CRM (VinSolutions)
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs
  • Stay certified on Harley-Davidson models through HDU (Harley-Davidson University)
  • Submit daily checklists and participate in weekly phone training
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with hustle
  • CRM experience preferred (but not required - we’ll train you)
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Experience in call center, BDC, or automotive/motorcycle sales a plus
  • Passion for Harley-Davidson and its culture is a major plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a performance-based team
Pay & Perks

• Base Pay: $18/Hour (approximately $3,120/month target pay)
• Commission: Tiered plan based on appointments shown and units sold
• Earning Potential: $60K–$80K+ annually for top performers
