Job summary

Corsicana Mattress Company is seeking a National Account Specialist to support the National Accounts department with exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge. You will provide accurate order status, answer inquiries, process orders and changes, and coordinate across departments to resolve issues.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, with Monday–Friday hours, some overtime during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Customer service experience.
• Computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders/changes/returns/payments according to policies.
• Liaison between departments to resolve customer concerns or issues.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
• Answer customer calls, track shipments, take payments, place orders.
• Establish rapport with customers; strong time management and multitask under pressure.
