A leading company in the golf industry seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience working in golf and a proven background in customer service. Friday:7:15am – 7:00pm CT
Saturday:8:00am – 7:00pm CT
JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. Duties include communicating with customers via phone or email.
