What You'll Do:
  1. Act as the front-line customer experience specialist, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from rental to return. Responsibilities include clear communication, smooth logistics, and delivering a premium customer experience at every step.
  2. Deliver a best-in-class experience for all customers, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and personalized interaction.
  3. Collaborate with team members and management to coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off in a timely manner.
  4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics, special requests, and meeting locations.
  5. Greet customers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
  6. Deliver vehicles directly to customers to provide a premium experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable using mobile devices.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • On-site presence required; this position cannot be remote.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods in all weather conditions.
