Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

What You'll Do:

  1. Act as the front-line customer experience specialist, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from rental to return.
  2. Communicate clearly and proactively with customers via phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics and special requests.
  3. Greet customers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide vehicle overviews.
  4. Deliver vehicles directly to customers to enhance their experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or car rental.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and technology.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • On-site presence required; remote work not available.
