What You'll Do:

1. Act as the front-line customer experience specialist, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from rental to return. Responsible for clear communication, smooth logistics, and delivering premium customer service at every step.
2. Deliver a best-in-class experience, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and personalized interaction.
3. Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off with team members and management.
4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics, special requests, and meeting locations.
5. Greet customers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
6. Deliver vehicles directly to customers to provide a premium experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using various mobile devices.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and organize effectively.
• Flexible to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On-site presence required; remote work not an option.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and to sit, stand, walk, and drive in all weather conditions.
