Job summary

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service to customers.
• Registers purchases at checkout and processes calls, returns, refunds and exchanges as needed.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Assists with displays, stock rotation and restocking using FIFO.
• Operates store systems and equipment; supports photo services and web-pickup duties.
• Maintains store appearance and collaborates with coworkers; completes special tasks as assigned.
