Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register customer purchases on the cash register and handle payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised, check in and price merchandise, and rotate stock as required.
• Follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss and comply with laws for regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays and assist with promotions and resets.
