Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; recommends items and trade-ups where appropriate.
• Operates registers, handles cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with state laws for regulated products.
• Maintains displays, restocks, and manages web-pickup orders; assists with photo services.
