Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the checkout and throughout the store. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and handle transactions with care.

You’ll also help keep shelves stocked and displays fresh while following all policy requirements. Responsibilities include using the POS system, answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to deliver a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Engage customers with proactive service and upsell items.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves, check in and price merchandise.
• Assist with exterior and interior store maintenance and displays.
• Protect company assets and comply with policies and local laws.
