Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the point of sale. You will register sales, assist customers with products and services, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, resolving questions, performing upsells, and maintaining clean, well-merchandised areas while following company policies and procedures. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up/upsell where appropriate.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and processes price checks and restocks as directed.
