Job summary

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and assists with up-selling and add-ons.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory and prices merchandise as directed.
• Assists with web pick-up orders and delivers orders to customers upon arrival.
• Maintains store appearance and performs exterior and interior maintenance as needed.
• Follows company policies and completes special assignments as directed.
