• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Recommends items for sale and performs suggestive selling.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves and checks prices as directed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including passport photos and promotional photo products.
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities and delivers orders to customers.
