• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items for sale and advises on trade‑ups and companion products.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; takes inventory and prices merchandise as directed.
• Provides customer service in photo area (digital passport photos, poster prints).
• Assists with web pick-up orders and deliveries to customers.
