Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is seeking a Store Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for our customers, taking orders with a positive attitude and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Training on our computer system and flexible hours are provided to help you grow with the team.

You’ll gain confidence through customer interactions, learn inventory basics, and participate in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment that emphasizes great service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You must be 16 years of age or older (with a work permit in some areas).
• Strong communication and basic math skills to count change.
• Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and provide a fun, happy environment for customers.
• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Operate store equipment and keep the area clean and sanitized.
