• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.
• Implements store asset protection procedures to identify and minimize loss.
• Assists with photo area services, including digital passport/photo printing.
• Assists with web pick-up orders and delivery to customers.
