Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service and suggests items.
• Registers purchases at the cash register and handles returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, checks in and prices merchandise.
• Maintains store appearance, assists with displays and stock rotation.
• Assists with web pick-up, orders, and exterior/interior maintenance as directed.
• Follows company asset protection procedures and complies with policies.
• Attends training sessions and completes required PPLs.
