Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle purchases at the register, process returns, rain checks, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked with accurate pricing.
• Assist with store displays, promotions, and stock rotation using FIFO methods.
• Support asset protection procedures and compliance with store policies.
• Provide photo area services and assist with web pickup orders as they arrive.
• Maintain a neat store environment and complete assigned tasks.
