Job summary
Onyx, based in NoHo, Manhattan, is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver fast, clear support for account access, payments, trading, and market settlement.
You'll collaborate with product, engineering, trading, operations, and compliance to resolve issues, improve help content, and scale customer success during live events.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and genuine interest in sports and fintech.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, customer experience, or account management.
- Experience with regulated environments or handling sensitive customer information.
- Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Kustomer, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Background in sportsbook, gaming, fintech, trading, or crypto preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via email, chat, and other service channels.
- Resolve questions on account access, payments, trading, promotions, and settlements.
- Investigate issues using internal tools and transaction history.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance to resolve recurring problems.
- Write clear, concise responses and improve help-center content.
