Job summary

Bosselman Pump & Pantry is seeking a Sales Associate to serve customers professionally, quickly, and courteously while following all food handling guidelines. Benefits include employee discounts, vacation after six months, 401K with match, health/dental/vision, and on-demand pay with PayActiv.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS, processing sales, stocking and pricing, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Able to work the POS system efficiently.
• Ability to read, write and perform math skills.
• Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Must be well groomed and properly attired.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and any shift needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
• Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner and operates POS.
• Processes all sales quickly and accurately.
• Ensures items are stocked and priced correctly.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitizes equipment.
• Reports for work with regular and consistent attendance.
• Assists in ordering and checks vendor deliveries.
• Understands fuel inventory reports and supports food handling guidelines.
