IncredibleBank seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to handle everyday banking transactions, account openings, and regulatory compliance at our Minocqua branch. You will provide friendly service, explain digital tools, and help customers meet their financial goals while maintaining accuracy and security in all activities.

The role emphasizes relationship building, cross-selling, and collaboration with relationships bankers to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
• 13 years of experience as a bank teller or in a similar role demonstrating familiarity with banking operations and customer interaction.
• Experience in a relationship-oriented, client-centric environment.
• Advanced mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate service for everyday banking transactions and moderately complex requests such as foreign currency exchanges and wires.
• Open and close various types of consumer accounts and educate customers on digital tools.
• Identify and report potential fraud and ensure compliance with CIP, FinCEN, and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Support branch sales initiatives and refer customers to Relationship Bankers for tailored solutions.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer and manage branch cash ordering.
