Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in longevity-focused products and services for patients
- Answer inquiries from prospective and current patients across various communication channels
- Assist patients in achieving successful outcomes by providing advanced support and feedback
- Collaborate with the Clinical Support team to address clinical inquiries and needs
- Participate in departmental growth initiatives to enhance service offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role
- Certified health coach certification or relevant education/experience in health coaching
- Education and/or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in the anti-aging/longevity movement
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks
- Availability to work consistently between the hours of 11 AM and 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday
