Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Sahuarita, AZ is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will engage with customers, support store operations, and promote credit and loyalty programs while adhering to company policies and procedures. This role involves teamwork and the ability to adapt to changing priorities on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor
• Initiates store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the store
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety
• Other duties as assigned
