Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and process transactions at the front end. You will operate the POS system, bag groceries, and help customers locate items while upholding company policies on tobacco/alcohol sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized checkout area, handling cash accurately, and assisting in other departments as needed. Prior experience is not required, and GED or high school diploma is acceptable.

• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Smiles and greets customers and resolves questions or concerns promptly.
• Operates front-end scanning equipment and cash register; bags merchandise and assists customers.
• Maintains accuracy during transactions and follows cash-handling procedures and store policies.
• Maintains knowledge of weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers.
• Keeps department clean and sanitized; follows health and OSHA guidelines.
